How much is the TRC card in Azerbaijan?

In Azerbaijan, the price of a Temporary Residence Card (TRC) varies based on the duration and speed of the pass.
For a one-year TRC, the state fee is normally between 120 and 160 AZN.
The fees depend on the length of time, for example, 3-month, 6-month, 2-year, etc. Each length has a different fee based on the time it takes to process.

Can I convert an Azerbaijan tourist visa to a work permit?

Azerbaijan does not let you change a holiday visa to a work visa.

Once you meet these requirements, you may apply for citizenship via the State Migration Service.

What is needed for a Azerbaijan medical visa?

To receive a medical visa to Azerbaijan, you need to complete out the visa application form, prove that you have enough money to pay for your treatment and stay, and send in your passport and a letter from a hospital in Azerbaijan asking for medical help or making an appointment. Most of the time, you also need current passport-sized photos and travel insurance.

How to get permanent residency in Azerbaijan?

To get a permanent resident visa in Azerbaijan, you need to have lived there officially for at least five years on a temporary residence card. What are the requirements for an Azerbaijan Permanent Residency Visa?

an application questionnaire;

a copy of passport or other border crossing document;

a notarized copy of a birth certificate or other equivalent document (for persons under 18 without a passport);

a certificate on the absence of a disease virus carrier (Human immunodeficiency virus infection and hepatitis B and C) specified in the list of dangerous infectious diseases approved by the relevant executive authority;

a document stating that foreigners and stateless persons and their accompanying family members have funds capable of meeting the minimum needs (except for cases where a close relative, a citizen of the Republic of Azerbaijan or a person who has received a permanent residence permit in the Republic of Azerbaijan, takes over their provision during their stay in the country);

a copy of the permit card for temporary or permanent residence in the Republic of Azerbaijan;

a notarized copy of the documents proving that the conditions that were the basis for obtaining a temporary residence permit in the

Republic of Azerbaijan have not disappeared;

two photos 3.5x4.5 cm in size;

notarized consent of children aged 1418;

a document of the residential area to be registered (excerpt from the state register of real estate on state registration of ownership, warrant, lease (rent) contract or other document stipulated by the legislation of the Republic of Azerbaijan);

a notarized consent application in the absence of the person providing a residential area to a foreigner or a stateless person (except for cases where a foreigner or a stateless person owns a residential area);

a copy of the document confirming the identity of the person who gave a residential area to a foreigner or a stateless person (except for cases where a foreigner or a stateless person has a residential area);

a document on the payment of the state fee (issued when the license is presented).

How long does it take to get citizenship in Azerbaijan?

You must have lived in Azerbaijan for a minimum of 5 years, and you must be able to demonstrate a good knowledge of the Azerbaijani language, history, and culture. In addition, you must have no criminal record, and you must be of good moral character.
