Today's blog is for friends who want to visit Azerbaijan on a student visa. It is also for those who want to learn how to make their student years in Azerbaijan successful.
Mostly, you know that admissions in Azerbaijan open in August. Whoever comes in August to take their admission, they can enroll for the whole year.
I will share two or three things about students in Azerbaijan.
First, I will explain how to apply for admission. Second, I will discuss the fees for free universities. I will explain the whole process.
Additionally, in the next part, I will tell you whether a student can work or cannot work. Earlier, people were talking a lot about student RCs, so now let's understand the situation.
First, let’s understand how to get a student RC. When you go to Azerbaijan, you need a student visa and a letter from the university. People also call this letter an acceptance letter.
Some universities provide it, but mostly universities do not provide it online. Here, if you have a friend or someone you know, you can ask them to help you get the university letter.
Many universities charge a fee for the letter because of their system. But some universities do not charge any fee.
So, some save $35, and some pay more, but the price of the student visa is $25.
Next, you have to book your ticket. For students, the ticket is usually a return ticket. You should test your documents before you go to Azerbaijan.
When you go to Azerbaijan, you will have a medical checkup that lasts around 70–75 minutes. Besides this, there will be a coupon fee, which also has a variable price. Some charge 70, some 75, and some also charge extra. But the government fee is only 20.
Some people select extra services while they process their documents. Also, your documents need translation, starting at $25.
Additionally, you need to take a photograph, which should be on a white background. When you go to the university with the right documents, the staff will handle your admission.
When you come, you will also submit your registration paper. Recently, they asked students to bring it along.
Now, I will quickly tell you about the fees of free universities. The university with the lowest fees is the Azerbaijan State Academy of Fine Arts. It costs about $1,000.
Besides this, the second lowest fee was slightly higher. But last time, the university took strict action against those who tried to manipulate the system or commit corruption. The new staff fixed past problems., which slightly affected the reputation.
The university did not cancel anyone's TRC. However, those who missed classes faced strict penalties.
Regarding class attendance, it is mandatory in Azerbaijan State Academy of Fine Arts
The next university charges fees between ₹800 and ₹1000. The fees start at ₹800 and can reach ₹1000.
