Azerbaijan offers two types of visas: Entry Visa and Transit Visa.
In addition to the aforementioned, entry visas are further subdivided into two categories:
a visa that is valid for a single entry and a visa that is valid for several entries
The validity of Single Entry Visas is limited to ninety days, and they allow you to enter and exit only one time.
The period of validity for many Entry Visas is two years, during which you are permitted to make many trips in and out of the country, as long as you do not exceed the number of entries that are listed on your visa.
Transit visas are additionally subdivided into two distinct categories:
a Single Transit Visa, as well as a Double Transit Visa
You are able to remain in Azerbaijan for a period of five days prior to continuing your journey with the use of these, which are good for thirty days.
Do not risk overstaying your visa by forgetting that you are only permitted to remain in Azerbaijan for the reasons you indicated on your visa and for the duration of time that is specified.
