But buildings are on top of each other, and in one area a whole small city is built. That is why apartments in Azerbaijan are expensive, and land houses are cheaper.
But the government condition is that sixty thousand dollars does not mean all properties in Azerbaijan are sixty thousand. You can even get properties for twenty thousand dollars, even thirty thousand dollars. But for a foreigner, it is necessary that if he wants TRC here or he wants PR here or at the end wants a passport here, then he must invest sixty thousand dollars.

Sir, in sixty thousand dollars you get around a four or five room house — four rooms — a land house, which has around eight marlas of land and four rooms, toilet, bath — you can easily get a house.
